高感度電圧モード出力加速度センサー 最大2000mVの出力 ±2g～±500gまで選べる計測レンジ
Mdel 4623加速度計は、非常に優れたダイナミックレンジと安定性を提供する先進の半導体ピエゾ抵抗MEMSセンサー素子を使用したガスダンプ式加速度センサです。電圧モードでの出力が可能で、最大2000mVの出力が可能です。また、低gレンジ（最大±100gレンジ品まで）において最適なダンピング係数を実現しています。
内部にはストッパー構造を設けており、対衝撃性（10000g）と、最大1000Hzまでのフラットな振幅及び位相応答を可能にしています。
